Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

Refunds

When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchange

Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@dustueck.com and ship the item to: Kanalstrasse 14, Munich, Bavaria, 80538, Germany.

 

 

Shipment

To return your product, you should send your product to: Kanalstrasse 14, Munich, Bavaria, 80538, Germany.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.

 

 

Free returns with PayPal

Paypal offers up to 12 free returns for worldwide purchases up to €25 with a one-time activation. When the goods are returned, PayPal will reimburse the costs incurred for the return label.
